Jessica Beckman
Jessica has been with Peregrine since the merger with ZMI. She started with ZMI in 2005 as an administrative assistant and is now an Assistant Manager with Peregrine. She is a team player in all aspects of her job. Her responsibilities include assisting in the daily operations of multiple buildings, ensuring maintenance of building systems and assisting tenants in resolving property/suite specific issues. Jessica loves that her job allows her to utilize her exceptional problem solving skills every day.
Jason Kemp
Mr. Kemp joined Peregrine in May of 2013 as Director of our San Diego portfolio. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and management. Prior to joining Peregrine, Mr. Kemp spent 7 years as Vice President of TGK Investments in Honolulu, Hawaii, overseeing the operations of their real estate portfolio. He previously spent 5 years with Arden Realty Inc., in acquisitions, completing the purchases of over 45 commercial properties, totaling over 8 million square feet and valued in excess of $1 billion. Mr. Kemp received his MBA from the University of California’s A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Emily Tatasciore
Emily joined Peregrine in October of 2014 as an Administrative Assistant. She completed her Real Estate License in December 2015 and is now the Property Manager of the San Diego portfolio. Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Vermont in 2009.
Shari White
Shari White has over twenty-five years of experience in the commercial real estate industry managing a wide array of commercial properties, specializing in high-rise office buildings. She recently joined Peregrine Realty Partners as a Senior Property Manager managing the properties located in Anaheim and El Segundo. Shari is professionally affiliated with BOMA, holding the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
William Anzora
William joined Peregrine Realty Partners in September 2018, he is the Director of our Woodland Hills portfolio. His experience extends over 20 years and has been involved with many aspects of commercial real estate. He has worked a combined 16 years for Bantry Holdings and Topa Management, mainly focused in operations and property management of retail and class-A office buildings, but also extensively involved with leasing, marketing, space planning development and project management. William’s background in architecture and accounting, provided the foundation to develop a comprehensive and valuable set of skills during his early years in the industry, while holding various positions with Held Properties and Fujita CD, including roles in engineering, project/construction and property management.
